Hours of Fun

Holding Makenzie is mommy and daddy's way of having hours of fun. Jeremy and Kierra would much rather play with playdoh (after a few minutes of holding Makenzie).

Jeremy's Dragon

Who knew that playdoh could entertain children for so many hours!

I am just lucky Kierra didn't eat it all!

The "Big Boy" Jeremy

I'm Jeremy and I am a "Big Boy" (but I am still mommy's baby too).
I love to make tents and play games on daddy's Ipod.
I also really like spiderman even though I haven't seen him.
I also really like playing dress up!
For family home evening I got to be Samuel the Lamanite and tell the people to repent.
I really enjoyed that until they started shooting the nerf gun at me. Even though they couldn't hit me, I decided being bad was more fun and I wanted to be the bad lamanite instead. (Mommy and daddy weren't sure if i really got the message or not, but I had fun.)
Mommy and I had fun playing in the snow. I don't even care if I get cold, I love to play in the snow.
I am such an angel!

Makenzie is Growing!

My name is Makenzie and I love, love, love, to snuggle my mom.

I also love to sleep at night so my parents can rest too.
I know they need it because I hear all of the noise my big brother and sister make all day long.
I smile whenever I hear my mommy talking to me. I also love to talk to my big brother and sister. They are really entertaining, when they are not tickling me.
More smiles
and, more smiles!

The many faces of Kierra

Hello, I am Kierra and I love to play in my bean box.
Then I love to help mommy clean them up.
I am so sweet and innocent
Fooled you!
Oh, how I can make a mess eating!
But I can also be sooooo cute!
However, I do have those sneaky eyes.
That's how I get daddy to get me whatever I want.

Let it snow!

Well lets face it, if you live in Idaho you might as well enjoy the snow. Though I have to say, today Jeremy and I went outside to play while the girls were taking naps and it wasn't too cold. The snow in VA was really wet and super cold. Here its not too bad, however mama needs a pair of snow boots. The tennis shoes just aren't cutting it.

This is our tiny snowman! Jeremy and I played in the snow and built this little guy. We like to call it "ode to grandpa's garage" I hadn't planned to build a snowman but we made due with the things we found in the garage. He turned out quite nicely!

Dress up!

Jeremy and Spencer were playing superheroes. They were saving the stuffed dog from an evil emperor. Spencer was running around saying "go Jeremy go, I've got your back" after awhile Jeremy started saying "go Daddy, I've got your back" as he shot him in the back at the same time. I think there was a little bit of a misunderstanding.

There is a lot of fun dressing up going around our house these days. Kierra already loves it and as you can see so does Jeremy. Makenzie joined in by pretending to be a flower.

Makenzie's Blessing

It was wonderful for our family to be together at Thanksgiving this year. We spent Thanksgiving with his brother Ben and his family and Todd and his wife. We had a great time. While Todd was here and Spencer's sister Karalyn, we decided to do Makenzie's blessing. It was so nice to have everyone here and to be able to do it at home. We were grateful to our bishop for coming over on Saturday morning so all of our family that was visiting could participate. We are so thankful for Makenzie. She is such a sweet calm baby and we are grateful that she is a part of our family. Here are a few pictures.

Halloween

Halloween cuties! So we decided to Trunk or treat as a football family again. Spencer took the kids around to get candy and I sat in our trunk giving out candy. Makenzie was a little football, using the costume that we made for Jeremy his first Halloween. She was a cutie but got too hot so I took it off before we were able to get any pictures. I am just grateful that I have been blessed to recover quickly so that I could enjoy being with my family. I love this time of year!
